The customer has the right to obtain a) the origin of the personal information; b) the purposes of the collection and use of the information; c) the system used (in case of a computerized use of the information); d) the contact details of the person in charge, the responsible and the legal representative according with the article 5, sub. 2; e) the list of people or categories of people that may be informed or become aware of its personal details as the person designated as representative in the country, of responsible or delegates. 3. the customer has the right to obtain: a) the update and the ratification - if interested, the integration of its personal details. b) the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the complete stop to any use against the law even including those details that must not be preserved in relation to specific obligation set by law or regulations, details that were collected and use in relation to the purpose of collection. c) the confirmation that the operation stated at sub. a) and b) has been given to and to whom the details have been communicated or transmitted even regarding their contents, except for the case in which the operation will be impossible or excessively expensive in comparison to the right meant to be preserved. 4. the customer has right to deny, in part or completely, its permission: a) due to legitimate reasons against the collection and use of its personal information, even if related to the purpose of collection; b) to the use of the personal information for the purpose of mailing advertising material, direct sales, marketing researches or commercial communications.
